3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the Application, including but not limited to source code, graphics, text, trademarks, and other proprietary materials (collectively, "Content"), is owned by or licensed to Karunakaran Motors Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application and access its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Content without prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Application’s software.
• Use trademarks, service marks, or logos without authorization.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state and the country. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state and the country (i.e., Tamil Nadu, India).
